Thank you for shopping with Noidea. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.


 

Returns

 


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be:


• unworn

• unwashed

• in their original condition

• with all original tags attached


Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


 

Sale Items

 


Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.


Sale items may only be eligible for exchange or store credit, subject to availability.


 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 


If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.


We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


 

Return Shipping

 


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

• the reason for the return


Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.


 

Refunds

 


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.


If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
